Ashton and Upson join pre-season training

Fans will be delighted to hear that Matthew Upson and Dean Ashton were both involved in full training with the rest of the squad as was the recently hampered Danny Gabbidon.

Contract 'rebel' Yossi Benayoun was amongst the team also, as were Marlon Harewood and Carlton Cole, both tipped for moves away.
