The 31 year old England international midfielder has left West Ham after four years at the club, making 129 appearances and scoring 12 goals.
Parker has joined Spurs in order to try and retain his place in the England set-up for next summer’s European Championships.
Despite his best efforts, Parker was unable to help the Hammers avoid relegation last year. He was however rewarded for his efforts, being named Football Writers Association Player of the Year and Hammer of the Year.
Everybody at West Ham United have wished Parker well in his future career.
