Hogan has so far made three appearances for John Gregory's side in his first month with the club and can expect more first-team action after impressing boss John Gregory.
Gregory told Rangers' official website, "Hogan is a quality player. He's a versatile and has a good footballing brain for one so young.
"He's come in at a hugely difficult time for everyone connected to the club, but I'm sure we'll see the best of him over the next month."
